My house will be available for rent starting November 1st. Main level has kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and the bathroom. Upstairs has a bedroom and an additional room that can be used as another living room, den, or craft area. It has a full unfinished basement with a washer and small dryer. The basement is perfect for storage, working out, or working on projects. The house is two blocks from Main Street and five from McKinley Avenue, and Bethel College is a quick 10 minute walk away. There are two neighborhood parks within 10 blocks, and the Mishawaka Riverwalk is just a mile away.
